We've seen her shaking with fear in swamps of rotting fish guts and rat-infested tunnels and watched her attempt to drink crocodile milkshakes, eat widgety grub and fish eyes in this year's I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!.

But it seems that the seven bushtucker trails have taken their toll on the glamour model as she's walked out of the jungle! After being told she had to endure another trial in the live show last night, Katie said to her fellow celebrity campers, 'I'm not doing it, someone else will have to. I am just not doing any more.' But little did she know that at the same time she quit, her cage-fighter boyfriend, Alex Reid has traveled to Oz to apparently propose to Katie!
