Luxury fashion department store Harvey Nichols announce new Beauty Bazaar in Liverpool
Head to the north of Britain this autumn for three floors of beauty products, treats and pampering services all under one roof.
Liverpool ladies are known for their attention to fashion and beauty details. Indeed last week, at home reported new figures that Britain’s northern lasses wear the highest heels in the whole of Europe. Now, it seems, high-end department store Harvey Nichols are rewarding their image conscious women with a beauty parlour fit for Liverpudlian queens.
A whopping 22,000 sq ft of the store’s prime retail space has been portioned aside for the new cosmetic sector, titled ‘Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols’. For those of you sighing over images of another makeup counter heavy shop floor, think again. The new Beauty Bazaar will be mapped out over three floors in the heart of Liverpool’s fashion hub – the Liverpool ONE shopping Centre. That’s three floors of products, brands and services to get excited about.
Usual beauty favourites such as Chanel, YSL, Tom Ford Beauty, Crème de la Mer and Jo Malone will feature heavily, while the first floor will offer a host of luxurious treatment services.
Ladies worried about keeping their ‘Scouse Brow’ in immaculate condition can breathe a sigh of relief as Blink Brow Bar has a stand. And Mark Woolley’s Electric Hair Lounge will be on-hand so customers can walk out the store with a shiny new ‘do. Thirsty females, meanwhile, can treat themselves to a refreshing tipple at the champagne and cocktail bar. The company’s mission for the Beauty Bazaar to become a social destination in itself is well on the way by the sounds of it!
A final exclusive floor will continue the beauty vein further into the spa spectrum, as customers can purchase a range of luxe, cosmetic treatments. Including unisex waxing, spray tanning and specialist services such as teeth whitening, permanent makeup, Botox, fillers and
body contouring treatments, courtesy of Beyond MediSpa, the store really does have everything a gal could wish for.
‘Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols is our latest innovation and will transform the beauty landscape. It will redefine luxury beauty and be the antidote to the commoditisation of beauty,’ noted Harvey Nichols Group Concessions and Beauty Director, Daniela Rinaldi, who is leading the development of the new store.
Continuing to explain her work behind the development of the new store, Rinaldi said, ‘The concept will allow customers the opportunity to be pampered and preened with the very best top-to-toe treatments available and provide access to the most important brands available in beauty.’
If you didn’t have an excuse to visit Liverpool in the late autumn, you do now. Try to resist the lure of the ‘Scouse Brow’ though. It strictly suits Liverpudlians only.
