Baby’s skin deserves the best
Bathtime for baby means giving her that five-star treatment. It’s important to choose the most gentle skincare products for your baby, especially during the first six months as this is the most likely time for eczema and sensitive skin problems to develop. The Elave baby skincare range is safe for newborns onwards, and the products intensively hydrate and protect delicate skin.

What can I eat to beat migraines?
NUTS AND SEEDS
They’re full of magnesium, which prevents blood vessels narrowing, and potassium which is crucial for the nervous system.
BERRIES
These are a low-GI food, which means they help even out blood-sugar levels. And as migraines are connected to low blood sugar, it’s important to keep levels balanced.
LOW-FAT YOGHURT
Dairy products are high in both calcium and vitamin B, which relax the muscles and so help you to avoid tension headaches.
Overcome your dental phobias
If you’re scared of visiting the dentist, acupuncture can help calm your nerves, researchers have claimed. In a small study, five minutes of treatment with needles placed at two acupuncture points on the top of the head allowed 20 patients who suffer dental anxiety to conquer their fear and undergo dental treatment.
Although the findings published in the Acupuncture In Medicine journal are promising, researchers said that larger studies are necessary for the results to be confirmed. However, they also said that acupuncture ‘may offer a simple and inexpensive method of treatment.’
