A healthy lifestyle is important - and I am happy to say that I 've always tried to practise what I preach. Exercise is such a brilliant and fantastic insurance policy against future ill-health, for example, and I thoroughly recommend it to people of all ages, regardless of their specific lifestyle situations.
Eating good food, quitting smoking, drinking in moderation and turning stress into uplifting challenges are also important.
