A look at celebrities’ favourite food, plus where they like to book a table.

Kiera Knightley
‘I’m a big foodie. In my family life, all good things revolve around the dinner table. My mum’s cooking is great. We have big dinners, big everything. There is nothing like a really good chip, a really crunchy, good chip. And I love pasta. I make Bolognese with tonnes and tonnes of Parmesan.’

Lisa Snowdon
‘Nobu does consistently amazing food – I would recommend the black cod, chilli dover sole and the chocolate bento box is a must!’

Gwyneth Paltrow
‘I make a cioppino [fish stew] that people really like and ask for. My bruschetta is pretty expert. I always have friends asking me to make that. Italian is probably my favourite food to cook. That and simple American food. But you never get let down when you make Italian food.’

Lulu
‘I eat a lot of dark green leafy vegetables. Watercress and green bean soup is a favourite.’

Jo Wood
‘I only eat organic. My favourite food has to be something that I’ve dug up from my garden. The River Café has been a favourite for years. We go there for birthdays or celebrations, or just for a simple dinner. I choose things like Dorset crab and line-caught fish.’

Kirsty Gallacher
‘I love Asian-fusion. Roka, a Japanese restaurant in London, is fabulous.’
