WIN! A fun family day out at Epsom Downs Racecourse!

The summer holidays may be slowly drawing to a close, but if you fancy a fun day out for the whole family before the kids go back to school, then we’ve got the competition for you. at home are giving away tickets to the Epsom Downs Racecourse in Surrey, who are hosting their Family Fun Day on Bank Holiday Monday on 30th August. There’s something for everyone on this fab day out, from competitive horse racing to a whole range of children’s entertainment to keep your little ones entertained!

Set in the beautiful rolling hills of the North Downs in Surrey, Epsom Downs Racecourse is only a 30 minute drive from London. Their Family Fun Day is a popular fixture, providing a great value day out for the whole family.

For the kids with energy to burn, there’s an action-packed day in store, with traditional children’s races run down the track, bouncy castles, a bungie run and a space hopper steeplechase!

What’s more, kids can also enjoy a face-painting stand, Roald Dahl storytellers and a petting zoo featuring alpacas, Shetland ponies, goats and rabbits. Plus, budding jockeys will be able to gain some valuable experience with pony rides.

To keep you grown ups entertained, there will be seven competitive horse races starting at 2pm, including The Amateur Jockey’s Derby run over the famous mile and a half Derby course. In The Sprint, horses thunder down Epsom’s sprint racecourse; unquestionably the most spectacular sprint course in the UK!
