In this issue you’ll find everything relating to having and bringing up a family. We tell you what to expect in pregnancy; how to cope with the birth and the best way to get to know your newborn when you bring him home from the hospital.
There’s lots of advice on how to bond with your baby and we answer all your burning questions about why he might be crying, how to breastfeed successfully and we give you tried and tested ways to get him to sleep.
But let’s not forget that you need time for you too and if getting back into shape is one of your priorities, then we’ve got the help you need.
There is no doubt that caring for a growing family is a challenging role – and one that may or may not come naturally. I believe that being a parent is the most important job in the world with the greatest responsibility we could ever have – we are shaping and developing another human being. Parents can have a massive impact on who their child is and what they do in the world. So I think we owe it to our kids and ourselves to be the best we can be!
For me this means constantly looking for advice and ideas on what we can improve on or just do differently. Making life really count and be a positive happy experience for every one.
Hopefully you’ll find some ideas and inspiration in these pages – and see that even celebrities face the same challenges as you. So, grab a cup of tea, sit back, relax and enjoy this great issue.
Lots of love,
