This fine establishment was set up by Glynn Purnell in 2007. The chef’s reputation for bold and innovative cooking has earned him a Michelin star. Guests can enjoy a gourmet adventure in the stunning Victorian redbrick and terracotta corner building close to St Philip’s Cathedral. Tuck into a fixed menu or an eight-course tasting sensation, with delicacies such as Devonshire crab with apple and celeriac purée and smoked paprika honeycomb. There’s also a private bar and lounge area where diners can relax in comfy sofas and enjoy pre-dinner cocktails or digestifs.
